Description

Close to the village of Romanos, Glyfadaki Beach is a long stretch of fine sand that caters for anyone looking for a shallow shelving, child friendly beach with all the comforts of a couple of well organised beach tavernas.

Being nearly one kilometre long it also offers peace and quiet for those looking for tranquillity. Glyfadaki means ‘Sweet Water’ in Greek and refers to the fresh spring water that bubbles up at various points a few metres from the shore and is a popular Careta Careta nesting beach.
